Default Ceramic coating on exhaust

Ceramic coating keeps temperatures down under the bonnet, has somebody tried to coat exhaust and cat ceramically? What is the experience. How expensive was it?

I'm changing some exhaust parts and it's easy to do that coating mod now.

Check with Darin Fister (FD Motorsports). He does this all the time.

I had the exhaust Jet Hot coated 9 years ago and it still look’s like new. It does keep the engine temperature lower even with the under tray in place.

I coated my DACH X pipe & Fister STG II's, the cost was under $300 for both.

It really does help keep the heat down under the bumper.

I ordered my Fister Stage III mufflers ceramic coated from Darin at FD Motorsports and he is confident enough with the coating that no heat shields are required.
