Oh, driving the 993 isn't the issue for me, I've driven it in a lot worse. It's just a long way for me to drive to stand out in this (cold) rain w/ 10 - 25 mph winds. I'm a wuss I know.

I think you made the right choice Bill...there were six cars there- 3 of them being me, Robert and Jeremy in our daily drivers. Jeremy- thanks for letting me take a spin in the E.

I am looking forward to nicer days..... when the Porsche guys actually drive their Porsches to the event.

Good to meet you Clark- your car was impressive! If last year was any indicator, the February event is a bust and the March event is incredible. Hopefully the weather will be nice and we can all get back together and drool over Jas's 599 GTO.

Jeremy: Thanks for the awesome shot of my car! Oh, and for the thrill ride via Brendan.
Brendan: Thanks for giving me a reason to show up. Great group of guys today. Glad we didn't bag it.
Clark: The feeling is mutual bro...always good to see you. Better weather will bring out better cars, including me (although I love my DD, I think my S/C M3 and TT are more fun)
Mike and Bill: Shame, shame, SHAME!!!! Where WERE YOU!?!?! Don't kid yourselves, it was bitter cold and we were all bitching about it, but we had fun anyway. Funny thing is, I never went to Starbucks and got a coffee...LOL!

See you guys next time.

Weather is supposed to be great this weekend besides the chilly weather, I was wondering if the Porsche Club would be meeting?

I would be up for a get-together, even if it wasn't "official".

You just gave me the "I can't believe your going to drive your car" text and look at you planning an informal C&C.

I'm up for it. How about a drive afterwards?

I don't drive "The Smurf"!

Besides, an extra day of melt will be nice. If you guys want to get together I'm definitely up for it.

Let's do it! But I suggest 8:30 or so, I live a good bit further than you guys.

I have a Facebook ID but can count on one hand the number of times I've been on it. Isn't there a way to set up a group thru FB? That might be a good way to set up something like this.

Don't you have to have friends to be on FB?
