Default Cheap JIC/Magic

I have _absolutely no affiliation_ to whoever is selling these.

Saw this JIC set on eBay for $2K, which sounds like a decent deal: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/JIC-M...ht_1574wt_1161

I don't know how well these would work on a 993 and am not willing to try as 993 is my street car. However, I've put the same coilovers on my autocross appliance (Miata NB) this summer and am pretty well amazed.

So if anyone is looknig for autocross/track suspension this might be a good deal, especially with included pillow tops?

Not a bad price! I would not put these in a cab, way to stiff.

Stealth, I think this is autocross/track suspension, I don't think it'd work well on teh street.

BTW, I've been meaning to tell you and Mark in Baltimore something. I was co-driving a Miata at a local event. The owner had a leash collar with a tag wrapped around the steering column right behind the wheel. I asked him and he told me that it was his dog's leash, the dog that passed away a couple years ago. I though that it was an absolutely great tribute and a reminder of a friend that is always there with you. I am sure you miss yours and Mark misses Rudy, obviously. What do you think of this idea?

Yea, it's a track type setup, for sure.

That's sweet, I keep her dog license in the car, that way part of her is always on a drive with me. I do think it's a great idea. We just got another puppy of the same breed, & currently she is wearing Moxies old collar & using her leash.

The new Puppy Ellie.

Just as an FYI...I had JIC on my previous cab, though not sure of the spring rate. Stiff, but not insane, other than a few potholes in NYC and on the Grand Central Parkway. But I don't use it as a daily driver.

I got a closeout set new for less than $2k and will be replacing the PSS9s on the car now with them.
