Not really seeing the point as we've all got Google Maps on our phones. Right? (Have to admit the HUGE screen in a Fold Flex I had in a rental last week was nice.)

It looks wonderfully OEM but it's a hard sell for me at that price. Then again, I don't find expensive stereo equipment to be an important feature on the 993. Others may differ in opinion.

Google maps only works when you have data coverage...when I find myself needing a nav is when Im out in the boonies.
I like this unit mostly for the looks, bluetooth and iPod connectivity though.

I think it is tempting, although I am rather sceptic about the ergonomics. I mean not only glare but the screen is not at a good place to quickly check it.

I love the idea but how good is the actual headunit in terms of sound output? I bought the Becker Traffic Pro a few years back but it's made for the american market and doesn't allow us europeans to listen to radio... This is tempting.

I was under the impression that the TP could be set to US or Euro frequencies.

It does look tempting but too many questions still, and I really like the sound of that engine.

Price will have to come down, USA maps will need to be available, and then somehow I will have to convince myself to listen to that radio.
