OK this appears to be the current list:

To anyone who is on this list but growing impatient, if you have a drill press you can make yourself a tool which will last at least long enough to get through one set of tie rods. The first one I made was just an aluminum L-bracket with a piece of bronze bushing stuck in it. The only purpose of the tool is to keep the drill centered and perpendicular to the tie rod.
BTW how is that second tool holding up? It was made better than the first one but is definitely not what I would consider a "production tool".
