Jos, could you please keep a pair of pins for me? I can pick them up or will pay for shipping when it's my turn. Is it one pin per rod?
Who is next on the list? Not even sure who has the list?

It now goes to SkiDan, so please PM him re address, etc.

Now
JPS --> SkiDan --> firesm --> e9stibi --> Greg H --> ande5000 --> deekay911 --> Nile13 --> RSA964
Please advise if we missed anyone. Hard to see from above who had what jig and who finished.
So for those following, I included both jigs and of course the pins, instructions, photo, and I threw in the new drill bit I bought.
I found the original pilot hole jig (5/32") to have a lot of slop in it after so much use and was afraid of not going straight through. That was me though, maybe I was just paranoid.
I used the newer jig (5/16") as far as I could, then used a 5/32" drill in the center when I couldn't get any further with the cordless drill I had. Punched through with the 5/32, then back with the 5/16 to finish up. Tap in and done.
Drives great, thanks to all those who figured it out.
Did everyone secure with wire or something, or are you confident it will just stay put?
Thanks,

I have had mine in for almost a year now and it hasn't moved at all, but some safety wire wouldn't hurt at all. One of those things I keep thinking I should do and never get around to...
Worst case scenario is the pin falls out and you are back to stock tie rods. I don't think anyone here has ever experienced a catastrophic tie rod failure (PLEASE correct me if I am wrong on that).

JPS,
Unfortunately no, the package has not arrived. We are experiencing a national strike/lockout of the Canadian postal service. The government is tabling back-to-work legislation before the summer recess begins at the end of this week, so hopefully the mail will be flowing soon.
I will send you a PM when it arrives.
