Default WTB - Porsche airbag test tool

Porsche airbag test tool. Part # 000 721 951 60

Needed to finish my RS Wheel conversion.

Sunset has them for $380.00 - Too rich for me. Looking for one at a steep discount.

Thanks

The Porsche airbag test tool is a fancy resistor that fools the car so the light does not come on in the first place and keeps the passenger airbag working. - not a utility to turn the light off.

however, the Durametric tool does look like a worth while app to have! thanks.

thanks for the offer. I will need to get the part first and install it under the dash, then, we could use the Durametric tool to turn the light off.

below is the hand made "tool" that I might have to resort to if I can not find the factory "Tool"

Porsche is making me feel like a "tool" by calling this part a tool.

Oh, you did say "tool" so I thought you needed to reset the light.

There is NO WAY I would spend $400 for a wire lead & resistor!

There is a a cup bypass part that plugs in at the module, and kills the whole system. I can't remember the part #, let me see if I can find it. I used one in my 964 for years, worked great.
