Default All this and for only $53,500.00 - COLLECTOR'S EDITION!!!!

I don't know what they are smokin' up in Deer Park, NY, but I want some. The keys also got lost to the car, but he was kind enough to discount it $2,000.00. He must be a kind soul as he is selling it for his ex-wife. Someone jump on this before I do. Trying hard to resist. Seller must be out of touch or just an idiot.

Does he also want his crack pipe back, $53K, 993 cab owners would be lining up to sell at that price.

I like the part about returning the contents, why not just get a set of keys cut.

I like these:

ORIGINAL GERMAN VEHICLE FROM GERMANY - NOT USA

ONE OF THE ONLY PURPLE PORSCHE'S (LIMITED) IN THE STATE OF NY - Looks Arena Red to me

19" LOW RIDER WHEELS WILL LAST A VERY LONG TIME

6-SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION - Super Fast
(Get to 3rd gear FAST doing 70mph)

OWNER'S MERCHANDISE:
Inside the back and the possibly the front of the vehicle is the Seller's personal belongings consisting of the following that must be returned when the vehicle is opened with keys. (Please be sure to prepare these items for a safe and immediate return to the Seller as indicated below.)
One (1) POLKA DOTTED BEAUTY BAG
One (1) LOUIS VUITTON MONOGRAM BASKETBALL
One (1) KINKO'S COPY MANUAL
One (1) BABYPHAT BACKPACK
(All other items that belong to Seller must be returned immediately by Priority and/or Overnight Express delivery to Seller when the vehicle is opened.)

I think he must have misplaced his copy of Selling Porsches for Dummies.

"Previously garaged on jackstands which is required when storing any Porsche."

"Get to 3rd gear FAST doing 70mph."

"Could not take a picture of the odometer because of sun glare."

"The vehicles car keys were misplaced and the vehicle alarm."

"19" Low Rider Wheels will last a very long time."

The "owner's merchandise" paragraph at the end is hilarious

EDIT: never mind. You beat me to it...

I've been negligent as I haven't been storing my car on jack stands.

ps I wonder how the seller can have a $50k car and can't afford to get new keys and a battery? I guess a PPI is out of the question.

I hope the buyer doesn't have to send back that steering wheel cover...

I sent him a quick note thru eBay saying thanks for the little bit of weekend humor and good luck with the sale.

The reply: "The vehicle is not a 993 it's a 911 and there's nothing funny about telling the truth. If you don't want to bid then fine, but keep your insults and humor to yourself. This is not Victor typing so don't take my words out on him. It's his Ex Wife typing and I don't appreciate your email."

Then a second email: "OH by the way, get your Porsche knowledge together. The body style is a 911 995 not a 993 thank you!"

I responded by politely saying again good luck with the sale and if you have any questions or need help with info about the car, then feel free to ask an owner. After all, they probably don't have a clue about the car. I guess the least one can do is offer advice.

I wonder why she carries the moniker ex-wife, sounds like she and Victor are perfect for each other.

I hope they sell it for the BIN price. Can't hurt our values any, I even have 4 key's with mine now.

Something is worth whatever a person will pay for it. In the Sunbelt he may not have any problem getting the asking price, who knows?

With the "ex" thing going on, I bet one of them has the keys and isn't letting them go.

Really? I do not know pricing for different regions of the country, but 20K more than any other car that is in better shape and has keys? I agree it is worth whatever someone will pay, but that car will never bring close to that BIN.
