3 of them? Must have read about IMS/"catastrophic failure" on Rennlist.

No chance for IMS issue on a GT2.

This one might be worth watching, I have seen the first one and thought it was good. Second one went back to block buster after the first 15 minutes.

For those who don't know it, Paul Walker is a dyed in the wool gearhead. He personally owns a GT3 RS and races an E92 BMW M3 in the Redline Time Attack series. He's talking about this being the last film he'll ever make and totally dropping out of the Hollywood scene to pursue other things, including getting more serious about driving cars. There's more to this, but...

Not everyone in Hollywood is a self absorbed douche bag. I used to NOT be a fan of Patrick Dempsey (of course I remembered him playing all his dorky teenage roles). But ever since Mr Dempsey started racing cars in the real world and showing the world that he was pretty good at it (he is not just some rich guy with more money than brains) I started to re-evaluate my opinions of him. Of course the dorky teenager grew up to be someone who is better looking than yours truly ... LOL

But with all that said, the "Fast and Furious" movies have never been all that good compared to classics like "Lemans" and "Grand Prix". Then again the "Fast and Furious" movies were never about attracting the track rats who like motor sport racing. These movies were all about glorifying "8 second Street Racers" and the "Drifting" crowd. Will this new movie be any different? Time will tell.

PS: Another good car movie is The Last American Hero a true story about NASCAR legend "Junior Johnson" though in the movie he is known as "Junior Jackson".

I have to chime in here and just say what a good guy Vin Diesel is and how these may not be films for car enthusiasts like those of us who are into Le Mans, but theses films are very important to the younger crowd.
