Its going to be featured in Excellence next month. got this from the writer...

At long last, the GT1 story is finally in Excellence. I haven't received a copy yet, but its in the contents on the website for the latest issue.

FYI, in case you're interested, the 993 GT1 is featured in a 5 page color piece in the new feb edition of Excellence. Good piece.

id post the scanned article, but i think that wuld violate some copyright stuff.

Hmmm.......that GT2 above. Wonder if there are any GT1 parts laying around, and I could really get in over my head (undoubtedly with my cousin's help) in making up one of those????? No, I wouldn't. I do know my limitations.

Ken, that GT2 might have been one of Joe's old GT2, which went form track duty to museum duty after he sold it.

Read the article on the train today. Glad you're using the car in its natural environment and it's not sitting in a museum somewhere. Enjoy it in good health!
