This may be a useless post...

I have a chance to get original Recaro "speedster" seats,
I've always wanted them, but I do love my Misanos...

My questions,

Anyone know appox. weight of the Recaros w/sliders?
The approx value of my Misanos? (silver carbon backs)...(would look good in a silver car?)...



and..Just how comfortable are these?

Up to now I've kept all my stock parts, including my supple leather seats...
but would my misanos and stocks be worth a possible trade?

Too bad I missed you June 10 when Peter weighed one of them for me -- 20 pounds, but without the sliders

Regarding comfort: I've never heard a negative comment about them, as long as you're a "narrowbody" that fits in 'em. Be aware the bolsters may kinda grab your legs getting in / out, especially in a coupe.

cool... The Misano's are pretty narrow too...

Narrow seats are better for me anyways! 160lb lightweight driver...
( and lightweight girlfriend 110lbs... )
