Looks great Glen. I thought about routing them through the front gromets, but I didn't get the Q/D on the front. I'm going to have Mitch whip something up for me next week.
Update: I got the fronts on last night! I must have been tired as the left side is about an inch higher than the right side. For the time being I stuffed the canisters near the oil coolers and zip tied them out of the way. I'll post some updated pics Wednesday.
Steve, you get those canister mounts in yet!

The car is home from both Piper Motorsports and a trip to Mid-Ohio. The Motons didn't disappoint, but I have a lot to learn and need to buy a log book. The car felt completely different and MO isn't really a good barometer as I've only been three times. I did notice having the spherical bushings pressed in the control arms makes a HUGE difference under braking and overall steering feel.
Best time was a 1:42.3 according to me doing the timing from the camcorder. For some reason my Traqmate kept turning off after one lap.
All tucked away in the small garage

Mitch and I decided that notching the shock tower probably wasn't the best solution for shock tower rigidity. We opted for holes in the fender and modifying the fender liner. He whipped up some trick removable plates to allow easy access of the shock canister.
Steve, any word from your CNC guy?

Everyone whines about the cost of a top end rebuild which is nothing compared to redoing your suspension. I just did all the bushings, put in solid side mounts, uprights, tie rods, bearings, ABS sensors and some miscellany. Total bill just for parts was over $3k. If I replaced the shocks/springs/sways without going full retard it would have ran another $4200~.
I had a buddy help me with mine (he's a mechanic) and paid him for his time at $30/hour. If I hired a shop it easily would have been 30 man hours at $60~/hour or another $1800!
