Thanks. They were trying to help one mouthful at a time, but once the cars were free they just wanted to go for a ride. When the snow blower is going the one dog is a lunatic he just wants to get in the stream of snow. I'm not sure who was more upset when it was not working him or me. He kept walking up to the blower and pawing at it. Does the same thing with the leaf blower, compressor and especially the hose (lock him up when the pressure washer is out).

Andreas,
THAT is a lot of snow! It looks like the snow blower got a serious workout. Spring is right around the corner.
Very nice house and lot. I'll bet the scenery is beautiful in the spring and summer.

These are the expected effects of Global Warming as warned by Nobel Prize winners Pres. Obama and former VP Gore (who also got an Oscar for his documentary film about this very subject)!

Andreas... thanks for answering the question I had for you. 8 hours w/a snow blower. I wonder how long that would have been in a time before any snowblowers? Somebody's back would have been severely hurting.
I went in the garage and started mine up for 15 minutes. I want it to at least be able to start when I get to it in the spring. Hope I did the right thing. I know it's not that great to let it idle in the garage like that, but I don't want to have to jump it in the spring or risk a deader than dead battery.
It barely started at first.

Steve,
You'll treat the car better if you hook up a battery maintainer and let it sit. Much has been written about starting our cars in the Winter and letting them idle...

Spts, now THAT dog should be right at home in your snow! It looks a little too relaxed in the last photo.
Andreas, did your wife see you throw the cat in the snow?
It looks like you have a beautiful house, those photos are great. How much property?
Good luck you folks with the next storm.
