Carpet only hides the beauty of the 993... my carpet is on top of my shelves in my garage.

the 911chips piece is basically identical to the rs bar, and its much cheaper.

It was technically indeed possible to barely connect all the snaps. I'm just saying that it was too tight for my taste. Others might feel that way. Just trying to disclose a risk. I'd still buy the bar again, though.

Hey Eric,
The Andial strut bar is very similar to the factory bar, and cheaper...
it comes polished with pc black mounts... it can be mounted either way, under the carpet or cut small slits, turn mounts around and mount exposed...
I've installed several... lemme know if you need help, it's very very easy!!

I bought the Schnell strut brace for $125 a while back. not quite the quality of the perfect power item or some others but still a solid piece and a great price. While it did fit under the carpet , I did the small carpet slits and exposed it. works great & looks very nice. just one more option....
