Default WTB 993 RS Strut Brace

I am looking for a OEM 993 RS Strut Brace. I think the part number is 96434304200.

Thanks!

Hmmmn, I didn't know there was an RS brace available, looks pretty nice.

Here are a couple other options, just FYI:

Great product and it hides under the carpet.

I bought my original RS piece from Steve Weiner.

I love it, especially in conjunction with a carpet "Brazilian". Will post pics when I get a new camera...

Mine: http://www.klaindustries.net/

Go to products and then 993 strut brace. Plenty of pictures and very reasonably priced. It also hides under the carpet.

PerfectPower looks OEM, and fits nicely under the carpet too.

Just to clarify, I believe that "Porsche" "factory" "OEM" and "RS" are all the same part.

I believe I got the "last" one Sunset had at the "old" exchange rate which meant $275 to me. They're not great with e-mail, but super friendly on the phone. Open 'till 1:00 PST Saturdays (maybe even today?)

Steve Weiner should also have a few.

BTW- The factory RS part is not an "under carpet" bar. Looks best with a small slit on each side of the carpet, then tucked and snapped under the bar.

My Porsche factory OEM RS bar (made by Heigo) is under the carpet. . It is a tight fit.

I think the Perfect Power bar may even be a slightly (theoretically?) better piece, though any of them will likely be fine. Also look into the factory GT2 non adjustable piece. They were made by Matter, but I think Racing Dynamics makes one now. Be aware that it may be tough to fit due to slight distortion in mounting points. Also it would be best to have alignment checked after proper preloading of the brace (this is probably nitpicking).

I just priced the Porsche RS brace (96434304200) last week and it was over $300... you got a deal on that one at $275!

We ordered a couple anyhow. Still a pretty cool RS bit
