Tim-- Sir, it's follow-up to JPP's post regarding color-coded lips on wheels. I believe the whole wheel was painted black, & the outer ring covered in body-color yellow. Unfortunately, it's not blue. Understandably, you may want more pertinents about the wheels, but, sadly, I'm just a Speedster geek
