It actually is a kit car body:

The car itself is built on a kit car platform, the Factory Five Racing GTM supercar.
I think all the engineering went into the drive train,

There's got to be other body options available.

Looks like an ugly Ford GT.

And I think the Ford GT is gorgeous.

Hey Pong,

How are you doing? Haven't seen or heard from you lately. The old Porsche group in the area is not what it used to be. No more BBQ's or regular get togethers!

Regards,
Hal

Hal,

So true about the local actions. Too bad the condo I now live forbids BBQs. Not to mention no parking for a bunch of Porsches.

Actually 2 Sundays ago, Terry, Steve, Melissa and I had a meet in Moss Landing for lunch. had a great time. Here is where we went.

Cool. That's the way a hybrid should be done! (Referring to the drive train, not the kit car!)

Thanks for posting.

That is the kind of American innovation that us the greatest nation ever. We should have let GM and Chrysler fail and given the money to companies like this instead...

Unfortunately, they don't have thousands of overcompensated union employees or other Democratic party supporters to prop up. (Oops, never mind, don't want risk of being beamed to P&C)
