This car will get flipped for a profit to RPM, Wilhoit or Sloan and wind up on one of their sites for $60K+....and it will sell....

The others may be right, but if I didnt already have a mint C4S, I would buy yours for $50K, but then again, I am sick and your car is sick too!

I sure hope this whole thread wasn't BS in order to drum up some goober to fork over $50K for this car.

Then again, maybe the OP is the Balloon Boy Dad, and this is all just a publicity stunt!

A few months back I'd say good luck. However, I have noticed several cars change hands recently for a fair bit more than expected, both WB and NB. Condition seems to be the biggest factor as a couple of the cars have had moderate mileage but were well cared for with good records and up-to-date service. I don't think $50K is that far out of line. Having said that, I think a simple "For Sale" thread with a price listed would have been a better start.

Not sure why this is so hard to believe. The specialty dealers have been asking mid to high 50's for comparable cars, and they don't seem to last long.

For eg http://www.willhoitenterprises.com/car341.htm

Dealer will ask the same, or may have a buyer already lined up. Alfie at IRA reportedly has a list of people looking for low mile 2S and 4S.

Bad example. Micheal has had this car for sale for about 1 year. Plus a few just like her.

Well, are you still here? What did the dealer say? We're anxiously waiting for this one.

In the spirit of Rennlist. why would a member have the "priviledge" of paying 3K more than the dealer?

The seller isn't a "member" here and shouldn't even be posting for sale ads. I guess this was his way to get around the rules...
