Your car looks fabulous. My first Porsche was an '89 3.2 (Silver anniv edition) with the same linen w/black piping upholstery. Your pics caused me to reminisce a little...3.2 G50s are great drivers. I miss mine.

In addition, the new S4 is also quieter, and more comfortable. The suspension is kinda soft and the engine produces no real inspiring sounds. The S4 is an all wheel drive sedan and the 993 a rwd coupe. They really are 2 different animals.

If you are looking for a DD the S4 wins hands down. But as far as handling and the feel/inspiration/sole of a true sports car there is really no comparison between the 993 and S4.

That is why I choose to have both

If you can't afford to keep them both, I think the S4 is a more practical and better overall car.

Let's see some pics of your new ride

Bob-
Funny, I just picked up an 10 S4 as a DD as well. I think you summed it up perfectly execpt I would never sell the 993 to keep the S4. I love the S4 its a great all around car and it would dust the 993 but, the 993 is the most fun and beautiful car I have ever had. I have had a fully modded 480 hp+ 996TT that would smoke almost anything on the street but the 993 by far is the most fun and engaging car to drive even though a stang GT makes it look slow.

Uber...beautiful blue! Love the decal. why do the medium blues suit 911's (almost any year) so well?

Cohare...nice to see you again. I had a 996 tt X50 with loads of power but traded for my nb 993 coupe. Agreed...993's are engaging and beautiful as are the 3.2's. My first P car was an 82 SC.
