I have the one from the VW Jetta - works great, folds out of place, and hand hold two cups. Great for those longer trips.

I use one of my old Simpson high-top driving shoes. I just tuck the toe end under my Rennline fire extinguisher, and jam my coffee/soda/beer in the shoe. Works great.

(just kidding about the beer)

While on the topic, if anyone has the factory door sill cup holders, I am looking to buy two. If you have them and are willing to part, please send me a PM.

hey, the slogan is.... hydrate or die!

Either a cup of coffee, or a water bottle is ALWAYS with me in everything I drive.

I got a simple 4" "L" shaped bracket and some 1/4" hardware. Narrowed the side of the bracket so it fit inside the seat rail-under the seat rail bolt, then bolted a standard bicycle water bottle cage to the other side of the bracket.

Yes, it does limit forward travel of the pass side seat, but my daughter is usually sitting alone in the back. On the odd time that one of her friends has come along, they can still contort themselves in just fine.

Magdaddy, you almost got it right. They have some great looking carbon fiber bottle cages that would look much more 'finished.'

I have the inventia - we don't mess around with the seat because it's just my wife and I . However the roll of duct tape is the simplest way - not elegant but cheap and simple and effective.

Magdaddy - love the bottle cage design. I'll have to fab one up myself one of these days.

I am also looking for a decent cup holder.

Whatever you do, don't get this one or similar model. It is pretty expensive. Doesn't hold drinks all that well, especially when you're driving hard. In many instances, YOU end up holding stuffs for it!!!

If you get that particular model, I'd imagine you're always driving hard
