I am very religious with the tire pressure, I played with lowering and raising it slightly, right now it's 36, 44, front back respectively.

Then check the bushings, & maybe go out for a fun drive, & hit the brakes hard a few times, engaging ABS, see if that cleans up the brakes & makes it go away.

So how many miles or usage has the car done/had in the last 3 years?

If the car sat for three years, you very well might have pad deposits or corrosion on the rotors. I would do a few hard stops from high-speed -- get the brakes warmed up and scrub those rotors off. If that doesn't work, it could be the a-arm bushings, and it could also be the case that the rotors need to be professionally cleaned up.
