Posted today on examiner.com, the L.A. New Classics Car Examiner's short article, "Last in Line: 1995-1998 Porsche 911"

[Link to more info after last paragraph features Rennlist!]
As car enthusiast groups go, few are more fickle than the Porschephiles. ...
Of course, once you drive [a 993], you’ll probably find yourself wanting to find one to hold onto for a long, long time.

Thanks. But did the author really call us "fickle" within the first sentence?

It seams pretty universal, that the 993 is one of the best 911's ever made! They make me happy every day!

I've experienced the "fickle" nature first hand so I know what the article eludes to. I've decided the one in my driveway is a "keeper".

Mid to high twenties, that's just not the case. I have had someone begging me to buy my 97 S Tiptronic (for sale now in AT) for $30K cash and I will not do it. If I needed to sell it today that low, it's nice to know that I could.

I haven't had to spend much on the maintenance, but easily could have purchased a couple of Kia Rios with all of the mods.
