Split grill or No Split grill??
1996 993 C2, Black on Cashmere. Eventually Ruf 18's Lowered.
Should I get a split grill or keep the stock grill?
Also what is needed for the Split grill conversion?
Does anyone have the part numbers needed?

I just won a fleabay auction on a split grill. Before I bid I got a quote from Sunset.
172.56 each side, center is 53.53 and all parts are a month from Germany. Come in primer also. Thanks, Jeff.
$398.65 is the total above which I would not do. The auction I won for $100 was a great deal. New comes in primer so both new or used would have to be painted unless you got really lucky and found a matching color (or black).

^^^^^^^^^^^^On a black car I would keep the stock grill and have it painted body color for sure. Just have the body shop spray it now while they are doing everything else.
Lose the basket handle, too....if you have one.

The split grill looks great, however, the stock grill when painted is a close second...
