Default Look what I picked up on eBay

Did a random search of eBay at lunch time and saw this.. decided to pull the trigger. I definitely over paid (about $760)... but wait to you see what I do with it... more to come...

Regards,

Kevin

You paid fair market value for it. I paid a bit more than you..however, you cant go wrong with them as they are becoming more and more scarce! Enjoy!

RSD's are getting tough to find. That is about the going rate. Don't let Cactus see this.

If you can do without the bin doors a DIY RSD is not that difficult....I made one for my Toyota Celica when I was in highschool. Just require a bit of patience and trial and error. If you do need the bin doors (which btw are not glove box doors) it's a bit more challenging as so far I have yet to hear of anyone buying them separately.

+1. I saw that one and passed. Call me cheap but that equates to $1000 Cdn plus recovering costs (Boxster Red). If I get adventurous next winter I'll make one with subs.

ps Does it come with the brackets?

Great find! P-car workshop. com has the excellent DIY from Howdy993 on how to remove the rear seat from a cab.

Bracket set is avail from Sunset for ~$20 complete (all nuts, bolts, bars, etc.)
Just make certain you have a 993, not a 964, version as the attachment pieces are slightly different.

I have the RSD in in my car and love it. But I don't have any young ones to carry in the back seat either.
