Rear Toe Control Arms
From a search it looks like Tarett makes the best option for replacing these. Is that still the case? Apparently their product allows for a greater range of adjustment + less deflection in the joints and bushings.... And less expensive than OEM to boot.

Is this the best choice for a car that will mostly be used on the street with an occasional DE/track day?
Thanks.

Thanks viperbob, do you have a link handy for the ERP parts? I found an old thread that made reference to them, but I thought they were more of track piece, as opposed to street.

The Tarett are pretty much a copy of the ERP. ERP does not have a good website. The owner (god love him) is one of the best engineers on the planet for this stuff. So by definition he is not a marketeer or a salesperson. You have to pretty much know Cary just to be able to do business with them. Great stuff.

What is crazy pricey for the ERP ones? I have a set of Tarret's sitting on my shelf ready to be installed on my car, and I thought they were expensive.

I can't imagine these would be good for off the track as the joints would get blasted with sand, especially in the northern areas. Am I right on this? FYI - replacement arms are around $240 from sunset (ask me why I know).

Anyone have them on the car over the long run that is a most-weather driver that can comment?

Yeah, I was wondering about that too, given the joints are open and teflon. For example, in the wet there must be some wet sand/crap thrown on the open surface of the joint.

The Tarret's seem to be a bang for the buck item. I didn't replace mine this year because the toe links were worn out when I bought the car, I replaced them w/ oem at the time.
Of course the big concern w/ the stockers is holding alignment, I had a terrible time w/ that last year, if it repeats this year Tarret's w/ locks are going on.
Steve Weiner mentioned booties for the mono-ball joints in a conversation years ago, I never followed up on that thought though. Hope he'll chime in.
