You will absolutely love them.
I did a recent PCA Arrive and Drive and got many good compliments. Two guys said, "They're not THAT loud."
I live in a quiet neighborhood and leave for work at 2:45AM. As long as I don't gun it, I get out unnoticed.

Im sure I will be quite happy with the results of the Stage III. My Bronco has a mean exhaust and I would consider it loud, it just fits the nature of the beast.

As soon as the Stage III's come in, my C4 is going going under the knife for a few changes.

1. Mufflers
2. Valve Covers
3. Bumper respray
4. Wheel refinish

Prior to my install, i did a road top down road trip. nice ride but lacking in the "essence" of Porsche's. I got home, got on rennlist, read a few threads about II's wannabe III's and jumped on the III's. Haven't looked back, njoying, but wondering what a IV, V or VI could be like....Darin???

Also interested in hearing from anyone who jumped from RSRs to the Stage II or IIIs.

Susbcribing to this thread. I have the RSR's but would love to hear from others that have gone from RSR's to II's or III's and how they compare.

+1

I'd also love to hear how people are feeling about their recent muffler upgrades. Thanks.

fwiw, loud is one thing and sound is another. I think the IIs sound great. I personally don't want loud, but rather the 'right' sound. You can't go wrong with either the II or III, imho. They both sound great but one puts out a few more decibels than the other, imho.

I've heard the RSRs and they sound different. I like the sound of the Fisters. Just my opinion.

Making an exhaust have just that 'right' sound is the trick (skill), of course.

My AMG isn't that loud at all but sounds really great, esp at WOT.

FWIW, I went from RSRs to Stage I. Noticeably more growl and the drone is gone. Have been thinking about some Stage IIs but then I left for work the other day about 7 am and the wife told me she could hear the car all the way down the block and up the next street 3 blocks away , so maybe I'll stay with the Is for now.

On another note, has anyone done a dyno with any of the various stages? I realize most of us just want to hear more of that great sound but just curious.

Thanks for the info. So the Stage I's are louder than the RSR's? I thought that the II's and RSR were almost the same. I like the fact if there is no drone. RSR's tend to drone at around 2700 RPMS.

That's exactly how I feel. I'm more interested in the sound than the decibels but would definitely would like to be somewhat louder than stock. The II's seem like the best choice for me based on what I know thus far.
