i assume everybody here loves Fister over everything else? Please tell me more.

i currently have a fabspeed system on my C4S. (it came with it when i bought it this year)

the original owner claims the shop who did the work kept the stock exhaust in storage and may have lost it.

How valuable is the stock 993 exhaust? Do i need to pressure the shop to find it?

STAGE III!!!!!!! ALMOST BETTER THAN SEXMy car came with Billy Boats...horrible drone and resonace. The P-dealer installed for me...service manager came up to me when I was picking up the car and said the tech (993 specialist) came back after driving the car with a huge grin...tech is rarely excited about a car there. I do not find them too loud and with the windows up talking is very easy. No complaints from neighbors yet...of course I have not come home from a concert at Red Rocks at 2AM yet! Also installed oval tips and PSS 10s from FD. Will have pics soon. Great service and products by by the way. I will see if boulderbobo can meet in the next few days...he has Stage II on a 96 and this would be a great comparison.

Please help me relate. I am contemplating StageIIIs. I currently have factory motorsound in the 993 and I am very familiar with the SC with SSI's/SS Dansk 2 in 1 out muffler. Will StageIII's be louder than what I have in the SC or about the same?

I'm not in the market for mufflers, but if I had to ditch my Supercups, I'd go Stage III in a heartbeat. The Youtube videos I've heard are amazing and actually sound better than Supercups sound in videos.

I have had the II and the III. The III make you excited to start your car everytime. They are not that loud, it's deeper than the II and you get the sound at each level of RPM. Stage II are nice and really come to life around 3000rpm. I found myself always wanting to hear that deep growl and III give it to you when you want it at any gear or RPM.

I have IIIs with black ceramic and best description I can give is , it is not so much the volume but more the mechanical sound you get when you play with the throttle .
The volume is not a problem unless or should I say " until " you really get on the gas . There is plenty of louder systems out there but they do not produce that special mechanical sound that the IIIs does .

Cheers Guy

I have Mille Migila and they are a deep grown to begin with but still have my eye on the III's. I got impatient wiht the tips being back ordered and cancelled last year but I'll come around again.

I just had a stage 1 done today in a shop in Québec (LPMM) and it's just perfect for me. I was afraid to have something too loud, so I stayed with a simple 2" stainless bypass. Not a big difference from inside, but on a hot start from the back........it's perfectly agressive.

The result is not as good looking as Fister's one, but the sound is probably similar.

By the way, thanks Darin and Leland Pate for what you gave to the community.

II's are a good compromise between my desires and what my wife will tolerate. If I always drove by myself I would get the III's but she isn't a fan of loud cars.

No doubt in my mind III's.

Of course I like to hear afterburners too...
