Looks great and I am sure the feel of it will be even better. Every time I drive my Audi, I am reminded how nice the 3-spoke wheel feels.

The bad thing, I haven't driven the car with it in yet!

Looks great! I love the feel (and look) of the 3 spoke wheel. I think is is perfect in a 993.

Yea, I love the look, but he feel isn't there. The wheel seams to be thinner then the stock one, or maybe it's just me.

I love the wheel, just wish it was a little thicker.

Are there not two versions of 996 steering wheel available? I seem to recall several 996 & GT3s with a "thicker three spoke wheel" option.

Love the look BTW.

Default Three Spoke Wheel Versions

I am looking for a three-spoke wheel for my 993 and there appear to be at least two versions of the wheel and two versions of the airbag.

Airbags - The Boxster and base 996 have a pebble-grained vinyl-covered airbag with an imprinted Porsche crest or a colored enamel crest. The GT2, GT3 and 996TT have a smooth leather airbag with a colored crest.

Steering Wheels - There's the pebble-grained Boxster, 996, GT2, GT3 and 996TT steering wheel and the thicker steering wheel. Seems I've seen a smooth-finish steering wheel and a pebble-grained steering wheel, though I am not sure, perhaps it is just the variations in the finish of the leather.

There is a "Thicker Steering Wheel" option on those wheels. As I recall that was a $700+ option!

It's called a CPZ. I have one in my 993 C4S. I love it.

Nice score, Stealth!
