Have you contacted him after the fact. Has he replied to you?
He probably didnt know the difference between hradback and not, and just used any grey leather pic he found online!

You need to report this if you haven't. If you paid with paypal file a dispute-but you have to try to contact him first. Were they insured by the shipper? That should also help.

That's really rotten. Those are definitely NOT the seats in the pictures. You should do what you can to stop payment, dispute with Paypal, E-Bay, etc.
Bet there is even a Rennlister lawyer in NJ who would take him to small claims court!!!

it is very common for some slime bags on ebay to run good feedback on small/less expensive items then screw people...it is a common pattern with these guys..
report to ebay and PAYPAL and hopefully you used PAYPAL so you can certainly get your money back!!!...do it now!!
