Default Yearly service but now with lift

I've had my new lift several months but have not had occassion to service 993.

Just completed engine oil and filters changed, new gearbox oil, and fuel filter. I'm waiting on brake fluid to arrive so I can flush system.

It is so much easier to get to filter under car with proper lift. I can also easily see and access the tiny bleeder nipple for the cluth slave.

VERY NICE! I would be a liar if I said I weren't envious. Love the garage.

Yup, I agree, had mine for two years, and done lots with it...wait until you drop a motor. I use the lift to drop the motor directly onto my work table ...

cheers,

Mike

Have not dropped a motor. But I have removed two mercedes motors and transmissions and put one of them motor and transmission as a unit into the mercedes with the bad motor.

How's the tool box like it.
Very nice, like new as you said. Well worth the trip to Wilmington with the trailer. Thanks again for checking it out.

The SS boxes are Costco CSPS brand. They are ok, not real heavy duty and drawers don’t come out very far. That said they are a good value.

Rotary: RA modeled lift?
Lift is a Rotary SPOA10N5G0. Lift has three stage front lifting arms. Also has flat top screw up lifting pads so you need only about 3 ½" to 4" of under car clearance, very handy.

Thanks to all for the kind compliments. Garage took a long time to design and even longer to build. It has bathroom, washer and dryer, mini split for heat and a/c, two stage air compressor located in another garage with air piped in and 200 amp service.

Steve at Ultimate Garage was my consultant and he was very helpful.
