Id do it with a nibbler or band saw around the outside and a belt sander to finish up

these guys will make em for ya

Too funny! I've ordered quite a few 1/4"-thick discs and other steel parts from them in the past. Think, 993 Hose Reel......

What you need is a knockout punch like electricians use for punching holes in electrical boxes.

Greenlee makes them and they are easy to use. http://www.mygreenlee.com/Products/m...db_next_page=1



I don't know if it'll do the 4.5" you need.
