Default 993RS rear suspension

Here it is, $2000 worth of 993RS rear suspension

let the games begin..

I cannot believe how light these things are

still haven't decided on the solid mounts for the sides, if I can change them out w/o droping the whole thing I'll probably do that too

Wow Bill....I'd just assume give those parts to Andreas and have him weld up some living room "art".

Very nice.

And Andreas - I can send you some 3.6 P/Cs to have a go at some "modern art" by the way. ;-)

Bill, what's the advantage of the RS parts over just installing monoballs in the stock pieces?

It's cheaper and a lot lighter and a lot stronger.

Mine is still a dual purpose car so NVH is another consideration

Bill,

I think Noah was asking about installing monoballs in your factory links, which would be cheaper but probably a little heavier than factory.
In my case with a 90K mile car I wanted all new ball joints as well as new rubber bushings, so I got the new RS links.

Where are those new toe links?

Bill,

Where did you buy the links? Also, do you mind posting the part numbers? I was contemplating updating my 95 with the ERP links; however, this looks like it may be a better alternative.

The toe links on the car are already new, I think that i'll keep them unless I suddenly feel rich while this is still an open project.

Bill - are you going to investigate the rubber in the bushings by chance? I know you were curious about what rubber they use in the RS parts and how that compares to the stock bushings.

Just curious, but what is the general service life of the rubber bushings in the stock parts? Is this something we should be worrying about as we put the miles on our cars? (Mine is about to hit 100K.)
