Fister exhaust mod - Another satisfied customer!
After visiting Darin Fister's shop a couple weeks ago and listening to how his car sounds, I decided to take the plunge and get his Stage 2 Sport Exhaust Mod.
I drove over to Darin's shop this morning and waited while he worked his magic on the mufflers from my car. Several hours later, my car was ready and wow, what a difference. The moment I started the engine, there was a nice growl followed by a burble as the engine settled into an idle. At that point, I had a nice big grin on my face - this is the way a Porsche should sound from the factory!
Once the car warmed up, Darin and I drove into town together and the music our 2 cars made was AWESOME! Thankfully, the only attention we got from law enforcement was a cop driving by us while our cars were parked.
After having lunch together, I set off and drove back home. Along the way, I had a chance to put the car through its paces, and boy, I am going to drive with the window down as much as I can just to hear the exhaust! It's not loud from inside the car, and there is no resonance whatsoever. But once it gets past 4-5k rpm, the exhaust is noticeably louder with an aggressive bark to it. With the windows down, I kept wondering if this was indeed my car......
I must say that this is one of the best mods I've done for my car. Thanks Darin, for transforming my P-car (and the T-shirt too) Now I need to convince Darin to make some WB Wide Oval tips
I'll post some pics later tonight......

Ditto to what Mike said....
I love my stage 2 as well & love the little pop when you first fire it up, jealous tho that you were able to drive it over to him & have the Master put it on for you.
