I try to drive two german cars per day...in the last year I've put 10k miles on my RS4, 8k miles on the GT3 and RS combined, and 3k miles on the 993...I can't even imagine how many miles I'd drive if I didn't spend 110 days away from home without my cars.

I like to run errands in one and go to "work" and back in the other, and the third one is generally up at the mechanics getting some unnecessary mod/alignment/detail/etc

Meteor gray 2007 C4S transports me to work. But, I rotate thru the stable .... Boxster usually on Friday's if I have to work. F150 on Saturday errand/transfer station runs. Various motorcycles if the work weather is fine. 993 less than the rest.

I'm a fortunate man.

Transfer Station? I take my 85' Grand Wagoneer to transfer station in an effort to blend. Works sometimes...

Up until about three weeks ago my 993 was my daily driver, but I couldn't resist the temptation to buy a new Mercedes C300 Sport with a 6 speed manual gearbox & LSD. Very hard to get car, but it's a much much better drivers car than the doggy auto tranny versions.

My DD is an 03 M5. I have a dedicated set of OEM rims with snow tires for winter. No problems at all getting around summer or winter. Discussion of winter tires just reminded me I planned to have the winter rims painted black with polished lips; just for a different look.
