Well, I drive the 911 more than this, but my other car is a Ford SVT Contour with 151k on the clock. Bang for the buck, this car has been one of the best I've ever owned. Once it blows up I'd like to replace it with an E36 M3 (samsnead - that is exactly what I want - nice!) but for now I'll settle for 1 German car.

My friend has the same car with almost the same miles with very few issues.

Great thread. I'm surprised the amount of people that love a particular car. This is very cool stuff...

As most of you know, this is my old daily driver

I will never sell this car, until I total it. It's soooo comfortable and smells great, just like new. It's got great features, and can be purchased now for around $12k. It's gotta be one of the best used car bargains for luxury cars. The 2001 BMW 740i Sport... does it get any better for $12K?

My new daily drive though, is my 993. I decided that life is too short to leave it in the garage on all rainy days and days when it might rain, so I started driving it all the time. I'll keep it up till the snows and salt comes this winter. It's precious, driving around town all day doing cable TV installs, hiding the car from the resident mgrs of the buildings I sell cable services to so they they don't the wrong impression (that I'm making too much money)!

Life, does it keep getting more and more awesome? I guess not, when you're in your 90's.

I couldnt believe that a 740i would go for so little, sure enough you can easily find a higher mileage car for $12k. WOW!
