Any color leather with a completely different contrasting stitching. One of my favorites Porsche colors is the current 07/08 Cocoa (dark brown) with a deep red (burgundy) stitching

Brick red, terra cotta, cocoa would each look great. Gives it kind of an organic look to the interior with that hard mechanical looking exterior. don't know how close that cocoa would be to a saddle leather but that would look good too. There was an anniversary 986 not too long ago in this color combo or something...

+1 on the Can Can. The BEST color combo evar!!! Wish I could have found one when I was looking.

Also, no suede/alcantara on the steering wheel or gearshift ****. They will look cool for approximately 50 miles, then turn to crap.
