Feelings on Red interior?

I had a 944 once that was white with Can Can Red (bright) interior. The piping around the edge of the seats was the same color. Over time, the piping started fading and turned orange. Otherwise, love the red interior.

Flamenco on GP White
I love my red interior. Wear has been no better/worse than other colors I've owned. I do take care to make sure my hands are clean after working in the garage on a project before a drive. The steering wheel and shifter will stain easily if you have grease or oil residue on your hands. It won't hide stupid mistakes like black does, but I'd never go back to the coal mine.

Red interiors are awesome...and not for the faint-of-heart. This is a pic of Urban's car:

Urban's car has red carpets with black mats. Mats are $150.

I agree with black carpet, at least the floor mats a minimum are a must but still too red. I admit both are very nicely done, just not my taste.
Depending on which color red can make a major difference. Red is always a hard sell because you have to see it in person, many people are skeptical because it is love/hate and hard to get a feel for without actually surrounding yourself in the car. We all know skepticism and selling cars don't mix well.
I guess it is not red that I don't like but fully colored interiors in general My C2 was mostly all tan with black dash and knee pad but the rest was too tan so I switched out the wheel, console, door pulls, shifter and bin covers to black with aluminum floor covering and pedals a black roll bar and seats, now I can live with it.

I absolutely love your color combo!
