Haven't been able to drive all week

Drove mine a few times this past week. A couple road trips up to Park City and doing some errands.
Its now in the garage, covered up, and waiting for this next storm to pass by--sometime next week I will have it out again.

Well I take the Bart to work and all I know is that evrytime I plan on taking the 911 out at the w/e (the only time I use it) - it rains!! And I did manage to wash the other 2 cars this past w/e and guess what - it just rained again.
But hey, I'm not complaining really - I'd rather a little rain than the atrocious weather I grew up with in England tbh. I'm just looking forward to some CA weather so's I can enjoy my CA car!

I guess I shouldn't complain since I don't have to put her in storage for the winter and there are days I can drive her. It's just hard since I've only had her about a month and haven't been able to drive as much as I'd like.
Hell... since my DD is an automatic, it takes a bit to get accustomed to the manual again between drives.

My 993 has been tucked away in garage under cover since the 1st week of December. I finally broke down, uncovered it, and drove it too work yesterday for a "fix" before the snow started to fall this morning. I figured it would be another couple weeks before I had the chance to get it out again and 4 months seemed WAY too long to be tucked away.

I haven't driven mine for a couple of days.
It's been 84F and this weekend is going up to 89F way too hot to go cruising around.
It's also incredibly sunny and very hard on the eyes!
Hope by next week it cools down a bit.

Um, bummer to hear about all the lousy weather. Here in Northern California, I drive my Baby 3-5 days a week, rain or shine. Yeah ok, this week was rainy, but we've had 3 beautiful sunny and warm weeks prior to that.
Hmmm, I sound like the guy rubbing salt into wounds - sorry guys, not my intention. Just wanted to let you know 993's are being driven this time of year and being driven often!!

Snow tires and a really good touchless car wash here. My car gets to play in the snow (and mud and rain and...)
After 11+ years with my carrera 4 (seasons) cab I have noticed the following:
1. It will not melt in the rain
2. The mud will wash off
3. An early morning ride in a few inches of fresh snow with the blizzaks on sure can be a whole lot of fun

Finally able to drive her to work today. Forecast called for rain late in the day, but it held off and I was able to put the top down for the first time on the drive home. My 5 year old LOVED it when I picked him up from school with the top down.
WOOOOHOOOO!

Still have to get a nice day when I can get some pictures.
