Default Haven't been able to drive all week

Really depressing seeing her sitting in the garage. The weather has been crappy, I had several late nights planned for work functions and didn't want to leave her parked in that part of town, etc. I hope next week is better!

Oh... and I still need to get some more pics.

If it's any consolation , I haven't been able to take the car out here in Dublin either .. High winds and loads of rain make for very muddy crappy conditions around where I live...

I suppose the other consolation for you is that you , at least ,will get a Summer at some stage over there!!!!

Does this make you feel better? I drove my 993 on a business trip to Austin and took the long way - 500 miles round trip.

Otherwise, I drive my 964 as a daily driver! So, I am making up for your lost time driving your pcars.

Snow tires and a really good touchless car wash here. My car gets to play in the snow (and mud and rain and...)

True, but you are in Dublin which, in my humble opinion, is a pretty cool place to be (as compared to Little Rock, Arkansas anyway). The Guinness over here just doesn't taste quite the same.

Crap... that really is bad. I have it pretty good I guess.

Uh.........where has it been raining for six weeks? This week, yeah........but I was almost ready to start working in shorts prior to that. (Some of the buildings I'm in, you'd think someone actually looks at a utility bill.)

Last weekend had the house wide open for the nice warm weather to come in. Weekend before we were practically sweating down at the PRC open house at Jerry Woods. Took the '95 for a ride that day.

Had the top down on the Smart basically every day for the first week. Stuck the C4S in the trailer for now. It deserves a rest from 6K commuter miles in 4 months!

We need the rain. The "experts" say Lake Mead and the CO River are running dry by 2021 or 2050.

One week ???

Mine has not been outside since September and it is probably not going to get a breath of fresh air until May.

Using my Wrangler as a DD, and like the roads have been for the last weeks i am using more washer fluid than gas (and that's not because it uses little gas) !

Haven't driven mine since late September because:
October 2, 2007-Open Heart surgery, no driving for 4 weeks.
Late October-Resume driving but the 993 is off limits because of the difficulty getting in and out of it.
(can't risk sternum re-injury)
Late November-Just about ready... and the snow starts. Snow, salt and stone dust...
Our town mixes stone dust with the salt and the dust is more like pea gravel than dust.
I cringe driving my GTI through this crap so there is no way the Porsche is going out in it.
So here we are in late February and I'm looking out my office window at another Northeast
snowstorm. It's been a loooonnnnggg winter.

I do hope the weather improves for you. Its looking better here for tomorrow , so I'll be looking forward to a pleasurable drive to work at least...

work is a four letter word .. Especially when it falls on a weekend
