They look great! I want those on my cab, are they legit OEM or are they the replicas? Like others have said, the red brakes look awesome on white cars.

Thanks. They are OEMs. I found them on Craigslist here in Los Angeles. He was asking $1500 and I offered him $1000 and he took it. The front tires were is great shape. The rears are fairly worn. The red calipers were a $50 DIY 2 years ago and have held up great.


I agree with the white seat backs. I am on the fence. It would be an easy mod and not that costly. Perhaps in August when I go on vacation I’ll drop the backs off to be painted.

I have to admit that the coupes lines are beautiful. But, I love having the top down. With the weather the way it is in Los Angeles, I never put the top up.



I do like the seats. IMHO they are no more comfortable than the stock seats. These are heated which are nice on the cool days with the top down.

There are a lot of great looking wheels on 993s, but it seems to me that a majority are opting for the MY02s. They're reasonably priced and look great on a 993. I think we should start a picture thread for 993s with MY'02 wheels. I'd especially like to see any that have been re-finished in other finishes/colors. Sorry for the hijack.

 

I just picked up another clean set very reasonably from the 944 board for my cab... Pics to follow, probably in a couple of weeks.
