If the disks are toast, what would the car feel like? What should I look for?
Thanks

Not all of us do our own work like you DIY guys. You are right about the cost from Guard being $400.00 but when you factor the labor for the removal and re-installation plus shipping it comes to around $750.00.

Gus,
The problem is you won't notice anything different until they have been rebuilt since you never experienced them in working condition. Once rebuilt you will notice a marked difference in late trail braking and traction off corners.

What is the big advantage to the 4 channel ABS vs Standard ?

The 4 channel (vs three) can control each rear tire independantly. Just a litte more intelligent of a system.

Guard did mine a few months ago and I think it was about $550. And it went from a two plate to a four plate during the process. Yay!
And the customer service was awesome.
