And the Pound...

I know of a Londoner who brings his family over to the U.S. each August to go back to school shopping for the family. The money they save on clothing and other odds 'n ends vs. London prices pays for a nice week in New York or Boston.

I'm in italy right now- being in england for 5 days murdered me...but in the EU-gas for my gt3 is about 110 bucks a tank once you convert everything!

it's funny I have a sneaking suspicion the reason why the dow jones has gone up the last few months is because foreign investors look at it like penny stocks now...

From what I heard on the news the other night, we are going to be sharing a currency before long. The new North American Currency Union "Amero" will be shared with both Mexico and Canada.

The Canadian dollar closed above $1.06 US today. It was at $1.10 US 2 days ago....pretty soon us Canadians are going to be referring the Greenback as Pesos!

993 Pilot...no offense, but I don't think you'll find many Canucks that would like that idea very much. We'd lose our Canadian identity....and just become the 51st state.....

Well, seen from this side I would selfishly say that I like the €/$ at 1.47! I spent 3 weeks in Alaska and one in NYC this year. This is a great opportunity to visit your country. Keep it low for another two years, I get some more holiday plans
