Oh, and for those wondering:

I got pulled over on Route 55 for GOING TOO SLOW!

I was not aware that the speedlimit was 55, and there were no damn speed limit signs, so I was doing a cool 42 in a 55 with a state trooper 4mm from my rear bumper.

He pulls me over and kindly informs me that I should, "pick up the pace a bit".

Im still laughing about that one.

One more thing....Ken (I think)....the guy with the emerald green 996 C4S...great color by the way. I was behind you for a bit on the way out from mountain haus, and I noticed that your third brake light is out. Also, it doesn't look like your rear decklid is raising up at 75 m.p.h. Not sure if you were aware. Also...your car does not sound like it's a stock exhaust...sounded like PSE...or was that the guy in front of you going thru New Paltz?

Best,
J

Quadcammer, glad to hear you did not get a ticket... but getting pulled over for going too slow with a cop sitting in your trunk? i don't blame you for being careful...

Man it's a long stretch between exits down there! Some beautiful cars there today!

Good seeing y'all...

Me too - went the wrong way in I-87 following the "small pack" and found myself 15 miles in the wrong direction.

Arriwn/Bob,

many thanks for arranging and many thanks to all for making it a safe and fun run. Put over 400 (s)miles on the car today!

Glad I missed all the fuzz, even if it was for GOING TOO SLOW???? WTF???? How did QUADCAMMER pull that off? You must have pulled over and just been $#$#$# your pants!!!

"Yes Mr. Fuzz, that is exactly what I was doing!!"

I'm going to have a smile on my face for months from todays drive.

Hello everyone, my name is Chuck, and I was the guy in the black VW Golf R32.

I would like to thank Ilko for inviting me to join your cruise today, and I would like to thank all of you for your hospitality.
It's very unusual for a car group to accept "Outsiders" to any events, but you guys made me feel welcome.
Thank you all very much, I had a blast!

After the long hood 911S left, my SC (POORSCHE) was the oldest car there, though thanks to my M+K, I didn't hear many that sounded much better. Great ride, great route choice, great cars, great people. My son has some great pictures. Just gotta get him to put them up.

Welcome Chuck... doesn't matter what you drive so long as you like P-Cars and being with them...

I think someone may have gotten a parking ticket for blocking the sidewalk.
Not that the sidewalk was very well defined
