Viper Bob - Not very responsive
Anyone know the magic way to contact him. I spent $3400 and not all the parts came. My car is on the rack and thank heavens for C. Walrod, as I can not get support elsewhere. I have left over 15 (no exageration) messages into his cell. As of right now I think that I will send the entire package back to him and fight the charges with Amex. It kills me to even think this way as I have known Bob as a reliable, great guy for years. I am extremely distraught. Please give me a reason to calm down. Thanks for the space to vent.

Sorry I don't have anything to add, just wanted to comment that I didn't know you were on here! Change that signature if your cab is truly gone because I'm going to post something about why today was P-E-R-F-E-C-T up here for having such a car.

I emailed him a week ago and haven't heard back. Do you think it's possible the man took a vacation or something? I would think that would be OK. Did you try just calling the shop instead of his cell?

I was over at his shop a short while ago and he really has his hands full with the new business and the new (to him) employees and such.
I found the best way to get him is call the shop. Heres the new website and contact info.

+1 on what Mark said. I spoke with him yesterday and he's got alot on his plate. I am sure he will address your concerns as soon as it is possible for him to do so.

Thanks for the numbers. I had his cell phone number, not the shop number. I called the shop and spoke with an employee. No call back yet but I'm sure I will get a call back .... sometime. I have been trying to reach him for a long time...

I spoke with Bob this morning. Although I am extremely irritated with this situation, he is now being responsive and trying to find a way to clean up the situation. Thanks,
