Bob has been noticably absent lately! That makes sense now that we learn he bought Dave White. It's a pretty big shop - they even host a big swap meet on their grounds every year. Not to get OT, but we should arrange for local RLers to hook up there, assuming he still has the event.
Hmmm, we should recognize each other by our Rennlist stickers! But that means I'll have to get off my lazy butt and join...

This has been a useful thread for me. I was over at Sebring a couple weeks ago and met a nice guy named Bob B. who mentioned he had recently bought Dave White's operation yada yada yada ... and now I find out I actually met Viper Bob who's informative posts I've been reading here on Rennlist since way back. If I'd known I'd just met VB I would have said thanks.

To say that "ViperBob is not very responsive" is an understatement: I would say he has been admirably self restrained with regard to this thread or else he is really so busy with his new business venture that he has not had time to check on RL for quite a while.
As for myself, the busier at work, the more I enjoy a bit of relaxing RL browsing in the evening.
Agreed this thread has transformed slowly into a bit of an OT thread... but not to the point of justifying a delete/nodelete debate.

bob is a great guy I just hope he sends me my reciepts worth over 9k for my car I have requested for a little over a year now. I would like to keep it for my records.

Bob ROCKS! Tons of help and a very knowledgeable. I tracked him down to his new shop, email address, and phone number. I think some folks may have gotten off track during his relocation. He is alive and well and just shipped me my new parts. Highly recommend him.
