Some how I missed this when it was posted two and a half years ago and found it while viewing your post about selling your split grill. What a beauty. This is worth bumping up. WOW.

G-- Jim owned the only topless widebody 993 on RL, straight from the dealer as a WB. I could be wrong, but that seems something that might generally interest you, given your project.
His white split-grill tail FS is likely straight off that very rare 993![Cheers](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/beerchug.gif)

Jim-- Hopefully I'm incorrect, & she's still with you ... & RL

Luv for you or Steve (CA993Twin) to reply with photos of her before her curvy tail cosmetic surgery.

Jon Paul-- Think I'm getting carpal tunnel syndrome from typing these words on your similar Speedster-related posts elsewhere: ![typing](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/yltype.gif)
IMHO, consistently amazed by your insight, &/or how similar our thought processes are (sorry to insult ya
)
...it was that very Speedster concept that originally got me in touch with ClubRcr years ago. I was already pursuing the related BH WB Arena Red C2S cab for a conversion before Jim's purchase, & was hungry for helpful information.
Jim-- Thanks for your advice back then, & the first-hand knowledge you relayed. I owe ya a cold one when I get back to Jax![Cheers](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/beerchug.gif)

So, ClubRcr sold his cab back in '07 and now the original split grill from that car is for sale and that's why he's not keeping it ..., did someone here buy his car?

Spectacular indded, there's hardly a word to describe the most beautiful 993. It is so "classy' in white, you have found nirvana, please post more pictures... better yet have a pro take some professional photographs, and please have them put in Excellence for all to drool and grovel!
Air-cooled Regards,
Bert

Great looking widebody 993 Cabriolet.... Question, were these widebody 993 Cab's manufactured by Porsche AG or Beverly Hills Porsche custom coach work projects? (as in 5 cars)

- When Sport Haus (Reno, NV) advertised it for sale in 2003 with 14k miles, they asked $59,950 USD (VIN WP0CA2991WS340830). <--- You can see they listed is as AWD
![Wink](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
It's my impression it sold between $45-55k, & that they knew it was non-standard, but not Porsche-dealer produced.
- When Reno's Sierra Classics & Imports advertised it for sale in 2008 with 25,500 miles, they first asked $48k USD. A friend later contacted them, & it's my impression they had since learned what they had, which may have increased sale above asking price. I don't think it went to a RLer, but IIRC, RLer lthatch (Leonard) pursued it.
- For reference re: ClubRcr's asking price in 2007 with 13k miles, see his "Anyone know this car?" thread.
Above photo's from 2003. Following's 2008. I have up to 38 more photos I could share if interested. However, I don't want to hijack Jim's thread.
...but at least further BH WB details fall conveniently under his title, "993 C2S Cab"

Totally missed first time around. WOW!!!
And fitted with 964 3.6 Turbo Speedlines as on page three, WOWEST!!!! (I know, it's not a word but you get the idea.) To be "WOWESTEST" (for me anyway), remove wing and add black interior.
