In 1998, Beverly Hill Porsche had 5 993 Cabriolets delivered and the dealership converted these 5 into wide bodies. These cars were sold as the only 5 C2S cabs every delivered in the USA. I searched 4 years to find mine and now I am thinking of selling it.

The car is Glacier White with supple Cashmere electric seats with embossed headrest crests, am/fm cassette with remote CD changer, aluminum door sills with Carrera S script, Carrera S script in tach, rear turbo wing, front turbo S spoiler with brake vents, hollow spoke turbo wheels, red calipers, and best of all only 13K miles. This car is in perfect shape. I am only thinking of selling it because I am starting a new business. It will be missed. I am asking $77K.

And I'm one of the interested. But a 13K miler just doesn't fit into the daily duty the car would see. Hope it stays around here where we can keep an eye on it!

I'd let Sloan know if someone doesn't snap it up. This is right in the wheelhouse of one of those specialty dealers who charge huge money for rare and low mile cars.

Just a thought...I never knew they made S Cabs!!

Thanks guys, I hate the car is just sitting in the garage.

I drove it today to the Porsche dealership to let them go over it. Kind of a pre PPI. That car is fun. Living in Florida is wonderful, I drove it over to Brumos with the top down this morning. Sweeeet...
