Rick-- That's why it sold?
one of "The Last 993's" sold last year.
Rich-- Thanks for the two smaller pix.
Sold by Road Scholars; I asked an acquaintance there for detailed photographs, but no luck. I've been looking for more information on it for > a year, & had the following text for a long time, but finally found the below photos yesterday. Enjoy!
Year: 1998
VIN: WP0AA2998WS321327
Rating: Concours
Mileage: 5800
Exterior Color: Black
Interior Color: Black
Top Color: Black
This is a once in a life time opportunity to acquire a very special Porsche. It is a one owner 911 C2S with only 5,800 original miles that was built for Porsche's best US customer. It has the distinction of being the last air cooled 911 to leave the factory for the US market. The car features a one of a kind 911 badge on the back engine lid because Porsche wanted to do something special for the last US 911. This car features a very special option package including, yellow brake calipers, yellow belts, carbon fiber and tons of leather. Standard options include: Wheel caps with colored crest, power seats, sound plus, supple leather, metal door sills, motor sound package, tiptronic transmission, 18" technology wheels, and plaque from Porsche stating the last 993 to leave the factory for the US market. Origial MSRP: $119,947.00

Very cool... The only person of note I see every morning on the way to work is Doug and his Yellow 996 cruising up 435. Didn't think you'd get compared to Seinfeld today did ya??

Beautiful car Jerry. I checked out your blue 993 TT S on e-bay too. If I can just come up with another $150k I might bid on it. If you're ever in Utah to ski or something I have a 700 sq ft house with a sofa sleeper and some bud light in the refrigerator. You can crash here.

So reading through this thread, I'm confused which car, the Mexico Blue or the Black 911 is the last aircooled 911... I think it's the Mexico Blue one b/c of the scanned article...what am I missing here?

John-- Black was the last intended for part of the world: North America.
Plaque most likely printed no later than December 1997:
Blue was last intended for all of the world.
In other words, was originally not intended for US, but that changed.
Last of the last.
Per Panorama, printed after March 1998: "The last air-cooled Porsche ever to be built ... rolled off the production line"
From Mr. Moffat's "Last NB 993 coupe" thread in 2010:
Hopefully helpful!

the LAST is Riviera Blue
Posted on RJT's "HAPPY FATHERS DAY" thread:
From AutoSpies.com's "Jerry Seinfeld And The REAL Fathers Of Beverly Hills At The Concours On Rodeo:"

We want to send special kudos to Jerry Seinfeld for being a totally cool guy and confirming that he owns the last Porsche 993 to ever come off the line in a CLOSE to Mexico Blue color.
Although the stories floating around say it IS Mexico Blue he told AGENT001 they couldn't get the EXACT Mexico Blue and it was closer to Riviera Blue.
He then made a small error when he asked AGENT001 if he knew of Riviera Blue
AGENT001 not only KNOWS Riviera Blue, it is his FAVORITE Porsche Color of ALL time along with Speed Yellow.

Now that you understand everything about the Mexico Blue car above, don't read this nuance that Jerry says the Last last is Rivera Blue

GOT IT! That makes sense, looking at the color photo...
so if its the last 993 in Riviera Blue owned by Jerry Seinfeld, it's gotta be worth about $121,000...

I bet Jerry talked Porsche into RivBlu instead of MexBlu so it would be worth more
Ironically, I was just re-reading CorrdoBrit's below quote on the infamous "Thinking of selling my Riviera Blue 993 C2S" thread:
