I understand that I shouldn't let this one pass me buy, but I wasn't clear if the car has ever seen rain. (Cue John Fogerty.) Also wondering if there's a footnote on the auction that clarifies "one owner."

As far as being a 'one owner' car .. I think I can say that Chris bought this car from the original PCA owner with 12K miles on it about 18 months ago .. it's now got 12,557. Technically speaking .. he IS the second owner now after registering it and paying the taxes

Yes he does .. it was 'jockyed around' at the factory so they could roll it last for him as a promotional media event.
Thanks! I think there's a TB one coming up soon .. we'll see. BUT you could certainly have one built from this RB coupe .. no problem 9m says and you wouldn't have to have them add the widebody metal so your a step ahead and $15K can go to a nice 3.8 bump up

This is a nice car, but I cannot see any '98 C2S with 12K being worth more than, say, $65K tops.
A $10K-$20K premium for blue seems a bit crazy to me.
