Pics of the cab after wetsanding - It's like a mirror!!!
I picked up the cab at the detail shop after getting it wetsanded (color sanded) and detailed in preparation to get it sold. I can't belive how incredible the car looks. Hard to belive its a 12 year old car with 52k miles. It looks like new and I only wish I'd done this when I first got the car. BTW, no fancy photographic equipment was used, I took the pictures with my POS 3.2mp Cannon PowerShot. Enjoy.

Thanks guys. Belive it or not, it actually looks much better in person. Just can't belive how well it came out. I'm very, very pleased.
David: Spacers are 7mm rear and 14mm front. Camber is -1.25 rear and -1.4 front. The rears are perfect without rolling the fenders. There's space for bigger ones in the front with my camber but according to all the research I did, 14mm is about the max that the front wheels should extend outside of the turning radius.

Randy: it's gut-wrenching thinking about letting her go. I'd love to keep her but I'm making some significant investments this year and can only limit my habit to one toy. She's so beautiful that I can't bring myself to submit her to AX and DE. She's already done three AX and that's enough. At least I have a great car to replace her with...
David: He sanded around the guards. It's easy to get carried away and at one point we thought about removing the Carrera emblem but you've got to draw lines. I usually stop at polishing and this is a big step beyond it as it is.
